If I have learned one thing from recent workouts it is this: all I have to do to make the sharp pain in my right shoulder go away is pull less hard. Now consider the long accounts of having to contend with the pain in my shoulder — all the many theories and silly strategies and various exercises I have contemplated in trying to remedy this pain. Could there be better example of a simple, significant idea concealed in a thicket of trivia so dense that it has been all but impossible to find?
