2x4000m/5:00r ... Occasionally while working out on the Dynamic Indoor Rower I find myself knocking into the backstops. Doesn’t this suggest that I am overcompressing at the catch, which many consider a fault? This does not happen whenever I begin the recovery sequentially — that is, whenever my hands have crossed over my knees before I start to pivot. So this is yet another lesson learned from rowing on the Dynamic Indoor Rower.
