My Aerobic Training Heart Rate Range is 110 to 140 bpm. Over the entire workout my HR steadily climbed from 120 to 136 bpm. Unsurprisingly it was lowest at the start of the first interval and highest at the end of the third. So workout intensity was within an aerobic range.
