For the past 4 days the workout has been 60mins at ≤2:30/500 with a brief break every 10 minutes. The focus is on pace. Everything else I try to ignore. Within the first minute the rating stabilizes at 24-30 spm.
During breaks, which are untimed, I do simple spinal exercises to relax and restore the natural shaped curves of the spine.
