200m hard at the beginning of each 1000m. TRX break at 6000m.
At the beginning of the second 6000m the rating at one time climbed to 47 spm. This is a rating that would be ridiculously inefficient on water, assuming that I could even reproduce it. I seem to have forgotten that raw power is most useful when it is disciplined. Clearly for high intensity efforts I need to practice keeping the rating lower while pulling harder.
