Focused solely on rowing 10 meters-per-stroke at low cadence with a few, brief, high-intensity bursts, maybe 4 to 8 strokes. Otherwise pretty much stayed focused.

Moved the damper setting closer to 6 (126). But I didn’t move it far enough. I want it between 130 and 140, a range that feels closer to what I feel on water in my beautiful Carl Douglas flat-water, racing single.

Heart rate stayed aerobic.
