Focused on rowing 10 meters-per-stroke at low cadence while trying to produce peak force early in the drive and hold on to it through the drive.
Stroke count for the first 6000m piece was 598; 600 for the second. For the second piece I moved the damper setting. The drag factor was 128, which still falls short of where I want it.
