The workout was a test to see if my left knee would permit me to erg. Accordingly it was brief, at low pressure, and all about technique.
I was very careful to go slow and not push myself. At first the range of motion in the knee was limited. Whenever it offered the least resistance I immediately stopped. The knee, however, soon loosened. By the time I finished the range of motion in the knee was normal. Needless to say I never attempted to drive off the stretcher with any kind of significant force.
