Switched PM5’s display to watts and set a 1000 stroke count for a target goal, which at 10 meters per stroke resulted in my rowing 10,619 meters. Set the PM5 to display watts, which allowed me to better concentrate on keeping the force curve rectangular. Of course it also resulted in rowing at a slower, easier pace.
I did manage to vary power output by pulling a few Power 10s, which increased the pace while staying within 16-22 spm. So I was successful in increasing power output at low ratings.
Now all I need is do it again … and again … and again …
