Focused on shaping the Force Curve. I tried to get peak force early, and maintain peak force during the drive, and to extend the length of the Force Curve along the Y-axis. Ended up rowing very slowly — mostly 16 spm or slower. This resulted in changing significantly the ratio between drive time & recovery time. The drive was definitely slower with lower peak force. Is this desirable?
