Executed really well and was exactly on pace at 1;46 passing 750. Was not able to lift to 1:45 and stopped, should have ground it out. Warm up was good. Start and cruise was good. Think that CV fitness is there but intensity for pushing through barrier not. Need to practice race 2k more often as ages since have done a test. Recovered well.
