CTC februar. Fulgte planen med HR under 150 etter første intervall. 200 meterene kunne kanskje vært kjørt noe raskere, men ikke my. HR steg ikke så mye ved kort intervalls slutt. Hadde god kontroll på siste 1500 m. til og med en ordentlig spurt.
