DF 118, damper low 5. This was 6x500 with 2 minutes rest. Amazing effort. Reach forward definitely helps my pace, much easier to pull below 1:45 with longer reach. First one felt easy. Last was tough. Splits of 30, 31, 30, 31, 30, 31, 31. Times of 43.5, 42.0, 42.6, 42.7, 43.3, 42.0. Really good pulling makes me wonder if this technique can get me sub 7 soon. Possibly. Only last two here felt hard. Good pacing.
