Second HM, a lot faster. Higher DF of 115 compared to 102 last time felt good. Good conservative pacing but stroke length all over the place. Just dipped below 2:03.0 so happy with that. Big sprint and max HR at the end. Great effort. A few slow downs for drink and towel. Cooler conditions helped a lot. 16c in shed.
