Lowest DF - because back still not 100%. Decided to do 5 2k intervals with 60 seconds rest, starting at 2:05, then taking it down 1 second each time. Stuck to it until final one when I went slow just because I need to be cautious with back. Wasn't that difficult but decent effort nonetheless.
