Set off at a good pace, thought I'd easily get a PB. Came unstuck about 6k left so I decided to be sensible and have a short drink break and then I just rowed it in slowly to the end. Definitely think I am on for a new PB but pacing here was a bit off. Probably need to stick around 2:04 or just under until about 5k left. No matter what, great effort.
