Three 2k pieces with 60s rest, aim to hit 8k in 30 minute pace and was slightly faster. That minute goes quickly. Felt easier with proper fast pull start and r26/7 rather than r25. Keep going with this and aim for 30 minute PB attempt in near future when feeling ok.
