EIRC 2019 in Manchester. PB by almost 4 seconds. Possibly a bit conservative first 1500m but better that than flaming out. Not sure on splits but think I got to 1500m at about 1:43.7 average. Got splits from the organisers, below. I should probably be aiming to hit 1500m in 1:42.5 or thereabouts.
