Bit higher DF today, lower rate too. Started off aiming to do 5k at 8k in 30 pace but was going okay so went for 5k PB instead and got it. Sub 18:30 for first time. Tough but not super nasty. Reckon super nasty would be in low 18:20s or high 18:10s.
