Successful hour PB attempt. Good pacing, cautious early and increasing each 6 minute split. Headphones died about 16 minutes in so quiet row with just the PM staring at me. But excellent effort. Diet still pretty poor but a I am fitter. Also, I saw HR hit 188 at the end of this when I really pushed it.
