Wasn’t feeling amazing but tried 5k PB at strict pace and managed it. Great effort but a little barfy at the end. Not near sub-18 yet but definitely possible to get near 18:10 and definitely capable of sub 18:15. Note: after 3k I tried to rate up and shortened stroke a bit and this seemed to help make it easier to pull sub-1:50.
