Covid lockdown didn't do the body any good. Trying to get back into rowing to shed some pounds and get fit for 55. Steady as she goes though at the minute. Did a marathon at 50 now hoping to do another at 55. Those 5 years certainly make it harder! Keeping it in the fat burning zone for the time being.
