Started using rower at health club and enjoyed it, bought a rower, April 5th, 2017, for home so I could lose weight and increase fitness. I have lost more than 10 pounds since I started rowing.
I am working on my stroke, concentrating on a consistent SPM and focusing on each stroke, trying to improve my pace. Presently working on 30 SPM and pace 2:16 / 500m.
