1k erg test to keep Amanda company for her Local Comp trial. I felt confident about my performance and might be able to pull a bit harder.

It is a PR, and 1.8 seconds faster than my last 1k test on 2018-02-09.

My plan was:
250m at 1:44 @ 30
250m at 1:43 @ 31
250m at 1:43 @ 33
250m at 1:42 @ 34

At the start of the test, I immediately realized that hitting 30 spm was too difficult, so I kept the rate lower, but I was able to keep the planned split. I reached 30 spm after the first minute.

In places, especially at the beginning, I had to consciously pull a little less powerfully than my body was doing, to keep from flying and dying.
