My first-ever Wolverine Plan Level 2 workout. It was as unpleasant as advertised, and now I feel quite sore. I did back squats yesterday, which contributes.

I had trouble keeping my pace down. Need better control.

The conditions were good — sunny morning at LUC, with Marilyn nearby doing her own workout and keeping me company.
