This didn’t feel as awful as the last time (3 weeks ago) I did this workout, even though I lowered the goal split by 200 ms.

The first negative thought came after the fourth interval: “I am only halfway there!” I felt ready to be finished.

Toward the end I felt a little nauseous, but I was not surprised by that. No other negative symptoms.
