Sunday morning at LUC. I started with a goal of 1:56 split, but I felt like I could not hold that without a lot of effort — more effort than I felt prepared for for this mere high intensity training. So I tried instead to keep my heart rate range between 183 and 185. That felt much more sustainable, even though I let my split come up to embarrassing numbers. But hey, I am still working hard.
