Damnit. I had a mental break down in the second set of the third ramp. Somewhere about a third to a halfway in my breathing got out of control and I had a sense of panic. Stop for a few seconds, starting to grow easy, and then try to finish. Last four reps went better but still had to fight my reptilian brain. Worked on the mantra of yes, more,And started counting strokes by three. One, two, three, one, two, three… With the idea that each third stroke represented the average speed that I was seeing. That seem to help.
