Attempted this work out a week ago and failed miserably. Nothing in the legs.

Better today but not good enough. Weights and water workout yesterday had my legs sore this morning.

Got to bed too late with 6 1/2 hours of sleep at best. How to take breaks in the middle of the pieces. It’s disappointing as I feel like I’m not where I’m supposed to be. I have to recognize that today was better than last week and move with that. Even though I have not succeeded in reaching today’s goal, at least the attempt made was better than the last.
