The aim was to row the 11000m at 3 mins per 500m @ a rate of 22 spm. I did it by simply leaving my body to get on with it. In the short term I will gently increase the daily distance up to the half-marathon. Longer term I will time-trial my way down through all competitive distances to 500m.
