Needed a confidence booster after yesterday. As it was just as hot, I decided to row a 10k+/- I minute in 60 mins. I ignored spm and just rowed at a fairly even pace. I was easy-peasy rowing at 10 mins slower than my best but at least I am "back on the horse"
