REST DAY TOMORROW, et seque. Due to a holiday cutting across the Dog Days Challenge; The Fall Challenge approaching and my ambition to row a Marathon on December 1st, from now on I intend to concentrate on distance rowing. My target Marathon stats are to average 65 watts and to finish inside four hours. (Failing that, I did RUN a marathon in 4 hrs 20 as a child of 59, so 17 years on would be satisfied to beat that time, rowing!.
