Good steady session. Aimed at an average of 65 watts overall and 22-24 spm. Felt OK. Took on plenty of fluid and filled my seat cushion with bubble wrap.. Shoulders stiff at end but shower should help there. Tomorrow will go for 12000m, building up for a half-Marathon next week.
