Very pleased. Hit all my "check marks"...90 mins @ 21 spm; 65 watts; 3 mins/500m =15,000 metres. Last two 30 min blocks got faster but due to no conscientious effort on my part....legs were on auto-pilot. Took a good 15 mins to hit the right pace and begin to relax. Am confident I will do a NBP for a Half Marathon next week,
