"When the going gets tough..." I was very pleased with this session-not because of the time but by how I overcame negative reactions. I started off alright but then I suddenly felt very rough. All the usual excuses for stopping in checklist order appeared...blisters, glutes sore, need to pee, shoulders aching from last week, not enough fluid imbibed, too warm, etc. Time to bite the bullet and hack on regardless I finished the row, but at least the row did not finish me. I held on to my average of 65 watts to finish two minutes inside an hour...my approx half marathon schedule.
