Session #2. Much of my rowing has been within my aerobic, anaerobic and very occasionally red-line zones but will resort to Fat Loss level for the longer workouts. In my case that is 3mins/500metres ie 7500 metres in 45 minutes. My problem was knowing how to apply the brakes (anchor?) and keep the speed down when my instinct was to go with the flow. However, there are still nearly 3 weeks of the challenge left and I may raise my target to 20,000m per day.
