Felt much better today. Weight training for Core development early morning and my rowing schedule, late afternoon is a much better idea. As much as I enjoyed the Fall Challenge, it did not do my arthritic knee a lot of good, I have lowered the damper from my usual 6 to 2 just to "create the illusion of.." and have returned to my shorter, sharper rotation of long/medium/short intervals
