First real BikeErg session, 6x2000m to equate to a rowed 6x1000m. Both were done to an average of 87 watts. I prefer this as a measure of effort- more objective than heart rate. PS a good pair of cycling shorts plus the judicious use of bubble wrap works wonders on the nether regions!
