2023-07-30 S2. Set pace at last 5K. 1:59 and 22. Stayed within .2 on my slowest interval. Solid row. Not too gassed and now I know how I got so fast before. I’m trying harder to maintain this pace. We’ll see how the 7K and 8k sessions go in a few weeks.
