2023-04-01 Rymann S2 thru Red Bird. Set pace at 21 and aimed for sub 41:00 and stayed under 2:02. Really focused on stroke curve for final 4K. My peaks were soft and my arms were breaking too early. Need stiff arms and drive better through legs. Slower stroke and faster pace was result.
