Set pace at 1:59 and 20 and beat it at the end with pushing. Set up a mirror and my back is arched during drive and release. I tried to straighten it and I could feel tension and strain. Keep doing these and start some crunches/planks. Goose 4/2 Alabama - decent - nothing noteworthy.
