Goosemas S2 N1. Good set. Increased SR at the end and still kept HR below 150 for the final 20 minutes. Felt like I had plenty in the tank at the end. Let the legs and power increase with 1500 to go. Felt great except for my ass hurting.
Do I have a shot at 300K for the holiday challenge? Last year was my first 200K. Got a pin :)
CO2 at 2000 when I was done with window open. Started at 400. Really shows how shitty the ventilation is down here.
When I get a new unit I want to ask them about pulling fresh air when it needs it. Is there an app for that? Gotta be.
