The wire s04e5. I can’t compare my pace now to where I was in ‘17/‘18. Last session was 2:04.8 so I set pace at 2:04 with goal to beat it. I need to beat my pace and believe I can hold it. I finished at 2:02.4. Working my way to 2:00 at 10K. Sub 40.
