Felt strong. S05E05? Prop Joe got shot last episode. Last pace was 2:04 set this pace at :02 and beat it. Going to work my way back down to 2:00. Added 70lb dumbbell squats, 90s planks, and 30 set pushups @2 reps. Let’s stick with this post row cycle for a while and see what happens. I want off this 2:02 plateau.
