Friday- Rowed in am with 2 days rest, 1.15 hours after eating, & over 24 ounces of water in hour before = NO NAUSEA & + 300 METERS. Aquinas cup= 18 ounces. Must hydrate before rowing!! Resistance Training exercise before dinner: Bicep Curl -3X 10=30; Leg Raises: 2 X 50=100. Push Ups-40 X 3= 120, done during MSU victory over Indiana @9 pm.
