I am a small gym owner in Kilkenny. I have a passion for indoor rowing since 2017 but took a break to explore ebndurance running for a period the past 2 years. I am back attempting to complete 5 Million Metres between October 2020 and May 2022 to show support for the Project Empower Crew attempting to cross teh Atlantic from New York to Galway. During the challenge I will attempt and rank all rows each season for 3 seasons to measure progress and training. 100,000 metre PB is 7h29m and aim to beat that in 2021
