MC Scow - Racing Sailor

Started Indoor rowing Fall 2017 on a limited amount of time “Dad + Full time work” training program to stay in shape and to help with my small sailboat racing.

Haven’t done a lot of rowing during the past few years. Started a comeback in March 2025 (3/13/2025, ~12 minutes, 2,220 meters, 2:43/500m pace, 178 pounds)..

Recently dropped down to rowing as a lightweight (<=165 pounds), but that hurts my sailboat racing where I could use more weight.

My rowing form is horrible, my breathing is a mess, my machine settings are probably far from optimal, but I enjoy the pain.
