I am a rotating shift worker that works too much overtime. I have a hour commute and work 12 hour shifts. I have set up a home gym with a skierg, Rower & treadmill. I also will be running with my Australian Shepherd. My main goal is to get healthy and loose weight. I am completely out of shape now. I would love to loose 50 pounds this year. Rowing & Skierg here I come.
