61.5㎏。腰に疲労感があったので95%目標で漕いでいたが、30〜40分経っても割と余裕があった。ラスト10分でベストまで1秒だったので上げたらいけるかと思ったけど、思い切って上げることができずベストは出ないと思ったので、キープする方向に戻した。次の測定ではベストが出せそうなイメージが出来た。
