1本目はなんとか数値を出せた。2本目最初からキツくなってしまい、中盤漕ぎがおかしくなった。キャッチから押した時に膝が広がる、上体が開いて脚の力がつながらない、力んで肩が傾く。これらを漕ぎながら落ち着いて修正する。
